Ok Ladies! We're starting a new series called "Easy Peasy Dinners". Dinner ideas with 15 minutes or less of prep, and that are easy on the budget to make too! Here's the first meal: My Mom's Hashbrown Casserole
Ingredients: 1 pound of ground beef or turkey 1 can of cream of mushroom soup 1 can of green beans Grated Parmesan Cheese Salt & Pepper Frozen Bag of Tater Tots
Directions: In a casserole dish, spread ground, raw meat on the bottom of your casserole dish. Spread cream of mushroom soup on top, season with salt and pepper to taste. Then add your green beans, sprinkle your parmesan cheese on top. You then add your frozen tater tots on top, and you're done!
Put it in the oven at 350* for one hour... and you've got yourself a complete meal for the entire family!
We had this meal tonight, and I loved that it took me less than 10 minutes to throw everything in the pan and into the oven.
