A Yummy Breakfast Quiche

I'm not sure why, but this week I've really enjoyed being in the kitchen. Making up different meals and such. The other day I made a breakfast quiche and it turned out really yummy. Here's what you need to make it: (this recipe makes two pies)

I thought that I'd use the butter, but I didn't so just ignore that cute little guy. :)
